We provide client-needs-centered financial planning services that seek incorporating all aspects of a client’s financial life into client-needs analysis, discretionary asset management and portfolio monitoring. As you complete life’s various transitions, your wants and needs will change f with periodic reset of your priorities. Your custom financial plan will include the following:

· Discretionary Asset Management (if you elect implementing your financial plan with management and monitoring by our team)

· Financial Resource Needs Analysis

· Budgeting

· Cashflow Analysis

· Debt Management

· Risk Management and Insurance (Needs Analysis)

· Tax Planning

· Long-Term Care Planning

· Educational Needs Planning

Bargeld Financial charges an hourly fee of $250 for financial planning services. The Company may negotiate this fee with the client, depending on the client’s financial situation, the complexity of the scope of the financial plan, and the client’s objectives. Financial planning services, which the company provides on an hourly basis, do not create an asset management relationship between the client and Bargeld Financial.

Bargeld Financial will not require prepayment of a fee in excess of $1,200, more than six months in advance.

For completion of a full financial plan, the client will pay 100% of the financial planning fees with a cost stated or negotiated at, or below, $1000 up-front, as shall have been agreed on by the client and Bargeld Financial. For financial planning services whose costs exceed $1,000, the client will pay $1,000 up front. The client will then pay the remaining sum on a pro rata basis, as the Advisor completes the planning tasks and tenders the planning project deliverable.

Hourly financial planning/consulting-based fees, which are, otherwise, not paid upfront are calculated and payable at the completion of each session. In some cases, the hourly fees may be paid weekly, monthly, or periodically, in arrears.

You may terminate the Agreement for financial planning services by providing written notice to the Firm. You will incur a pro rata charge for services rendered, and portion(s) of work completed prior to the termination of the Agreement.

Our financial planning services will give you the following additional benefits:

· A 60-minute quarterly-to-biannual review follow-up/meeting

· Development of an Investment Policy Statements (for clients who do not already have an IPS)

· An annual review meeting

· Quarterly Performance Reports
