Disney Commitment Form - Students
Please indicate below if you are traveling/performing with the Marching Bees in Disney April 13-18, 2020!

Please note that students must pay the full trip cost. The first payment is due on December 18, 2019 and is 50% of the trip cost. The remaining balance is due March 1, 2020. The second payment is generally when Bee Bucks are applied.

It is vital that this form serve as a FIRM commitment so we can finalize travel/accommodation details. This form must be submitted by Friday, November 22, 2019.
