2021-22 Boosters Membership Registration
2 STEPS TO COMPLETE MEMBERSHIP:
1. Please fill out this form
2. Go to www.fxplayers.org-boosters to complete payment for your Membership level.

You will receive a confirmation email from fxplayersboosters@gmail.com once we have received both your payment and registration information. Memberships are valid for the school year during which they are purchased; they do not carry over to the next year.

Different Levels come with different benefits. FREE TICKETS, if included in your Level, will be kept at the Will Call ticket table at all performances, so you will not receive any physical tickets ahead of time. This means there is nothing for you to keep track of. You can inquire at fxplayersboosters@gmail.com at any time to find out how many tickets you have left to use.

Instructions for receiving your other complimentary items will be sent via confirmation email.
