Use this form to register for the General Membership of Local 1482 scheduled on Monday, April 5, 2021 at 7:00 pm.  The meeting will be held on Zoom.  Please register in advance with your name and email address, and we will email the login information to you in the evening on Sunday, April 4th.  

For those who register later on April 4th, and before 6 pm on April 5th, we will email the login information at 6 pm on February 1st.  Thank you.
