Thank you for taking the time to complete the following survey! Next week the state of Colorado is expected to release some updated guidelines for in-person gatherings that have the potential to impact our Sunday morning plans. In order to be prepared for how to most effectively resume our in-person worship services we would love to hear from you! Your feedback is incredibly valuable and individual answers will be kept confidential.

As you answer the following questions keep in mind, our ability to gather at the school is contingent on District 49 allowing us to resume our use of the building, so please be in prayer for the decision makers at the district of office.

Also, we are moving ahead with plans to offer a livestream option as long as necessary for those who are uncomfortable or unable to attend in-person gatherings.
