I understand that a hardship scholarship will be awarded to me so that I may enroll one (1) child in the Delaware Union Recreational Soccer program.

I understand that this scholarship is fifty percent (50%) of the total fee for one (1) recreational player in the program.

I understand that I will be required to complete a minimum of five (5) club volunteer hours during the season in which I am receiving the scholarship.

I understand that I will have to reapply for this scholarship seasonally.

I understand that the scholarship will only be available for a max of two (2) seasons.
