Dance Room Reservation Request Form
Dance Studios are available for reservation and access in the following order;
1. Dance Guest Artist
2. Dance Faculty
3. Dance Production Rehearsals
4. Master Thesis Rehearsals
5. Dance Graduates & Undergraduates (enrolled in Dance classes)

*PLEASE VERIFY STUDIO AVAILABILITY BEFORE SUBMITTING A REQUEST

 The studio space is to be used for Dance related rehearsals ONLY.

All questions must be answered and room reservation request must be submitted a
minimum of (5) FIVE working days prior to the date that you are requesting.
Dance Department Chair has final approval on all studio request.

Dance Studio Use
*No food of any type is allowed in the studio.                                                      
*Only clear bottled water in a closed container are allowed.
*The studio space is to be used for Dance related rehearsals ONLY.
*No additional props/furniture are allowed in the space other than
what is provided.
*No equipment by NO means should be rolled over the studio flooring.
*No outside equipment may be used that has not been approved by the
   Dance Department Technical Director.
*No pets allowed in the studio or the Performing Arts Center.
*ONLY clean soled shoes that are designed for dance may be worn in the
  studios such  as; i.e. Jazz shoes, ballet slippers.
*The sound levels equipment must not be adjusted, moved or touched
  other than plugging in a 3.5mm cable to an MP3 player or pressing play
  to turn on the CD player.
