2.退貨原則：有關實物的交易,因為實物是由買家和賣家直接交貨,所以有物品瑕疵或是有詐騙行為發生時,本平台有權現行扣押交易金,直到紛爭解決或是法律問題結束,如果買家與賣家達成協議,則依照協議內容處理款項退款.
NFT製作因為產品都屬於客製化的商品所以已經開啟交易完成後就無法退貨. 所有的nft權證必須放在nft的保險櫃才有效,此外自己做copy的都是無效的權證.

Return principle: For transactions related to physical goods, since the physical goods are delivered directly by the buyer and seller, if there are defects in the goods or fraud occurs, the platform has the right to withhold the transaction funds until the dispute is resolved or legal issues arise.
