Uniform Order Form 2020-2021
Please complete the form to Pre-Order the items that you would like to purchase. We will organize all of the uniforms together and bill you at pickup for the full cost of all the uniforms. Due to Covid-19 restrictions we will not be permitting students to try-on uniforms on site and all sales are final.

Returning Students (Estudiantes que regresan): August 3-4 from 11:00AM to 3:00PM
