As part of our efforts to get more girls on bikes in MiSCA, we have realized that our own racers/riders are a huge reason we are seeing an increase in female participation.  Our committee strongly feels that we should honor these ladies!  Therefore we are calling on coaches, parents, and fellow racers to nominate a female MiSCA Student and/or Coach for our inaugural "MiSCA Women in Mountain Biking" award. We would like to recognize one Student from each female category and one female Coach. They should display exceptional teamwork and sportsmanship; as well as perseverance and hard work in the sport. Please tell us your stories, and we will recognize these women at our final awards ceremony at our state championship race on October 13th!
