TAL funds
WIOA Youth Program funds
ETV funds
Funds through your Tribal Social Service, in some cases

Note: WIOA Youth Program funds can be used for two years only. ETV funds can be used for five years only (talk to your caseworker about the best timing for using these funds).

When you go to college, you will be eligible for:

If your case closes by aging out, adoption or guardianship, these funds will also be available to you. If your case closes in reunification, these funds are not available to you.

TAL funds (until 24th birthday)
WIOA Youth Program funds (until 25th birthday)
ETV funds (until age 27th birthday)
The Olene Walker Scholarship* (until 27th birthday)

*Note: If your case began in a state other than Utah, you are not eligible for the Olene Walker Scholarship
