Now that we have completed the first few weeks of school, we have heard from a number of families who have inquired about the possibility of returning to the in-school hybrid program.  While the original date for re-entry to the in-school hybrid program is set for November 16, we are using the survey below to gather information to determine if we should adjust that date.  Please fill out this form by Friday, September 25, if you would like to change your initial decision from fully remote to the hybrid learning experience and want your child to return to school.  No action is required if you would like your child to remain fully remote.

We will review this information to make a decision.  Once the decision is made, we will share it with you.
