RTS Scholars gain the knowledge and skills to load their career toolkit and launch successful careers. Our program is designed to unlock your potential by providing you with the coaching, connections and community you need to launch your career and thrive. We do this by providing: 
  • 1:1 Individualized Career Coaching 
  • Exclusive Internship and Job placements
  • Networking opportunities with RTS professionals and RTS alumni
  • Targeted Financial Support 
  • Basic Needs advising to support mental health and wellbeing 

2024-25 Scholar Application Timeline
Fall 2023: Application Opens 
Feb 2024: Application Closes 
March: Application Review 
April: Interviews Conducted 
Summer 2024: Orientation and Start of Program
