Built For Battle Kids Boot Camp 2020
This is the online registration for the Kids With A Mission Kids Summer Day Camp.  Online is the only place that you can register your child / children for this special event.

The cost of the day camp is $25 per child.  That includes lunch, dinner, snack, craft, and t-shirt.   
This amazing event will be held at Church of the Heartland - Plymouth on Saturday, July, 25th.  
Registration is at 11:00 am ET / 10:00 am CT .  
Dismissal is at 7:00 pm ET / 6:00 pm CT
Any kids currently in Kindergarten through 5th grade can attend.  
The children will each have a camp counselor.  
Having fun with Jesus in a safe way is our top priority.

Camp is located at Church of the Heartland - Plymouth, 705 East Jefferson St., Plymouth, IN.  I understand that transportation to and from Kids Day Camp is my responsibility as a parent/guardian. *
I give my permission for the children I am registering to attend Kids Day Camp.  In the event that my child becomes ill, violent or uncontrollable for staff, I will pick him/her up within one hour.  Furthermore, I release COTH members, employees for any and all liability that may occur.  I ask that COTH take any and all meausures necessary to ensure my child's health and safety.  *If your child is involved in a medical emergency, COTH will contact parent/guardian, child's doctor and, if necessary, COTH will take your child to Plymouth Hospital. *
