The interpreters will need to prepare linguistically and conceptually before the conference. Can you please try to send some material with information or bulletpoints about the speeches to support their preparation? *
In remote conferences, it helps a big deal when the speakers switch on their camaras and use a device that has a microphone with a good sound quality. Will you kindly inform the participants of your event about this? *
