Forest Hill Public Library (FHPL) Survey
As part of our strategic planning initiative, The Forest Hill Public Library is doing a preliminary study to determine any changes from existing conditions that might be appropriate and desirable in order to better satisfy the needs and expectations for the delivery of enhanced public library services to the Forest Hill Community.

This Space Needs and Utilization Study will review the existing Forest Hill Public Library(FHPL) building, grounds, and operations. The results of this study are expected to be integrated onto the update FHPL Strategic Plan. Public opinion and input will be collected and included in the Study and Strategic Planning process.

As an initial public input opportunity we have developed this survey questionnaire to measure your impressions of current services you've used, and experiences you’ve had at the Forest Hill Public Library. Please take time to complete the following questions which will record your selections.
