ACTFest 2022-2023 Registration - Individuals
We are excited for ACTFest to return.  Registration opens July 15, 2022.  ACTFest will be held November 4-6, 2022 at Theatre Tuscaloosa.

The deadline to register is extended until September 22, 2022, at 11:59 pm.

The festival is open to all Alabama community theatres (actors are not paid).  In addition to the 60-minute play festival, the ACT is also offering several Individual and group events. To participate in the individual/group competition, the actor must be an active member of a member community theatre, whether or not the community theatre has a play entered.

This form is for actors from theatres not bringing a competition piece.  If you are an actor with a competing community theatre, your contact/delegate should include you on the organization registration.


Please note:

ACT requires that everyone who participates in an ACT program be a member of ACT. Adults pay a
membership fee of $25 (good for a year). They may participate in a total of 2 individual events with a fee of $10 per event, and one group event with a fee of $25.

Students 18 years or younger pay a $10 membership fee. They may perform as part of the organization’s
one acts but are not eligible for the individual and group events.

Thank you for registering!  You will receive an email with a Submission Checklist for entering Individuals/Groups and next steps.
