COVID-19 FINANCIAL RELIEF REQUEST
As a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, many community members are losing their monthly incomes and suffering silently. Taxi drivers, food-service workers, small businesses, and janitorial staff are some of many professions that could face months of financial struggle. As a community we wish to respond to this hardship with hope and compassion and follow the footsteps of our beloved Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him, who said: "The believers in their mutual kindness, compassion and sympathy are just like one body. When one of the limbs suffers, the whole body responds to it with wakefulness and fever"." He also said: "Show mercy to those on earth, and the One in Heaven will show mercy to you."

SUBMISSION CRITERIA
Please fill below application to submit your financial aid request. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis. Funds are available on a first come, first serve basis until the depletion of fund availability.

The program will end when (1) State Emergencies have been lifted or (2) the program funds have been fully utilized, whichever is sooner.

Any incomplete applications will not be reviewed.

Due to the anticipated number of applications, we will not be able to communicate with all applicants to inform them of their status. Successful applicants will be contacted within three (3) days of their submission.

* These documents will be secured and treated with full confidentiality. No documents will be shared with a third-party. They will be used solely to help us verify the veracity of the application. All electronic and hard copy documents of unsuccessful applicants will be destroyed.
