Please complete this form to register for the Madison Oglethorpe Animal Shelter Feral Cat Spay/Neuter. This service is for residents of Madison or Oglethorpe Counties only. The spays and neuters of feral cats will be at no cost. Cats will need to arrive in a humane trap between 8:30-9:00am on their scheduled surgery day.

All feral cats will be spayed (female cats) or neutered (male cats), will receive a rabies vaccines and will have one ear "tipped" to indicate to others from afar that the cat has already been altered.

ALL CATS MUST BE BROUGHT IN A HUMANE CAT TRAP!! Cats not brought in a trap will be turned away or charged the normal surgery price. If you need help trapping or need to rent a trap, please indicate so on the sheet. We will have someone reach out to you.
