O que é um Direito? Ter uma casa é um Direito Humano? E ir à escola ou viver num país em paz? Neste atelier os participantes são apresentados à Declaração Universal dos Direitos Humanos e são encorajados a pensar sobre estes princípios, partindo da sua realidade quotidiana. É pedido que, através do desenho e colagens, se explorem alguns símbolos relacionados com a Declaração Universal dos Direitos Humanos e coletivamente elaborem um cartaz alusivo ao tema.

ART & CRAFT REFÚGIO, é um coletivo de artistas, pessoas em situação de refúgio ou migrantes que colabora na prática da arte e artesanato. Desde maio de 2021, este grupo oriundo de várias partes do mundo tem-se vindo a reunir no Largo  Residências. Nestes encontros, foram aprendendo vários métodos artísticos e feitas várias experiências de gravura e encadernação que resultaram em bonitos objetos e workshops que levam a exposições, feiras e festivais. Apresentam pela primeira vez este workshop no Festival Bairro em Festa.

What it is a Right? Is having a house a Human Right? And going to school or living in a peaceful country? In this workshop, participants are become acquainted with the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and are encouraged to think about these principles, out of their daily reality.They are asked, through drawing and collage, to explore some symbols related to the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and collectively elaborate a poster allusive to the theme.

ART & CRAFT REFUGEE, is a collective of artists, people in refuge or migrant situations that collaborates in the practice of art and crafts. Since May 2021, this group from various parts of the world has been meeting at Largo Residências. In these meetings, they have learned various artistic methods and made several experiments in engraving and bookbinding that have resulted in beautiful objects and workshops that lead to exhibitions, fairs and festivals. They present this workshop for the first time at the Bairro em Festa Festival.
