I understand that my school will be billed one total invoice within the first week of April, which will include the full amount of our school's registration, our total number of students registered, as well as the total number of productions we hope to bring. This invoice will be due by Friday, April 19th.

I understand that after the School Registration deadline of March 22nd, no refunds will be issued for schools registered, regardless of whether or not our school needs to drop out of the festival after that date.

I understand that it will be my students' responsibility to register themselves online for DramaFest using the link that the DramaFest Coordinator will send to me after the March 22nd School Registration Deadline. My Students will have until April 12th to register themselves.

How many Productions will your school be bringing?

Production and Show slots are given out on a first-come first-served basis, as we have limited spots free at the Festival for student productions. Once we fill up, we will start a waitlist.

Productions Slots are $50 each, and while we will of course try to be fair, there is NO guarantee of when or where your school's production will be placed in the festival.

We also highly encourage schools to not be daunted by the thought of bringing a perfectly polished or finished show. DramaFest is a welcoming, inclusive environment and it is a great opportunity for students to get to see work from their friends and peers at all different stages of the creative process. We encourage you to bring us staged readings, workshop presentations, and devised theatre pieces. It all contributes to a more wholesome view of what students can do.
