Application to Anne B Yoga Retreat - Saint Briac Sur Mer: June 29th- July 6th, 2024
Going away and practicing yoga is a wonderful experience. Is this for you?

Yoga is a practice of transformation and adaptability to change; when away from daily routines and habits we become more attuned to ourselves; our attachments and sometimes rigidity whether emotional, psychological or just physical.  A yoga vacation will be less intensive, while a retreat is a complete immersion in living and experiencing the depth of the yoga limiting outside distractions & stimulations. You tune in with the practice; its demands, the attention and the caring skills it requires; and you also flow with the dynamics of living with a group for a week under the same roof.  Talk to me if unsure what’s best for you.

Please note, the retreat is not working remotely; organize your time off so that your professional life can wait a week. I understand that sometimes this may be out of your control, in that case please talk to me so  that we can make it the least disruptive as possible for the other participants and their use of the common spaces. We may need to find you a workspace in the village or a different accommodation setting.

Also, a retreat is a financial commitment and an investment in your well-being. No one books a retreat with the intention of cancelling, but unexpected life events can occur. Before signing-up for a retreat, please read below + Anne B Yoga Cancellation Retreat/Workshop Policy (Your purchasing of a TRAVEL INSURANCE is highly recommended) at https://www.annebyoga.com/retreats/

Yoga is my livelihood as you know and  I do need to enforce the cancelation policy.

Please note that this retreat will be canceled or postponed if any traveling advisory recommends avoiding traveling to Europe & to/from France for all participants and organizers.
