Honor Band Registration
Enclosed you will find a band nomination form due on Friday, November 19, 2021. This year all forms should be submitted via Google. Please rank your students based upon your own criteria. Make sure you list each student’s full name and their specific instrument, i.e., Alto Saxophone, Bass Clarinet, Treble Clef Baritone, including areas of strength for your Percussionists. We will send out one copy of each selection of music for each student approximately at least four weeks prior to the event. Every school that submits a nomination form will be represented on stage. Please make sure to contact us if you do not receive a confirmation email acknowledging your student nominations.

Be sure to hit the "Submit" button at the bottom of the form when finished.

Directors - consider the following guidelines for nominations:
   • Be sure to nominate outstanding musicians performing on DOUBLE REEDS, LOW WOODWIND and LOW BRASS instruments.
   • Please list your nominations in prioritized order, highest recommendation first, up to 8 students per school.
