Thanks for your interest in joining the volunteer staff for NJIT Spring 2023!

Staff members are expected to spend most of the day volunteering, especially scrambling, running, and data entry. In exchange for your hard work, we'll refund your registration fee after the competition. Check out the competition's WCA page for more information.

If this is your first competition, we recommend not signing up to be on staff, and just enjoying the competition!

We frequently receive more staff applications than we have open slots, so we apologize in advance if we're not able to accept your application.

Staff Commitments *

I promise to notify the competition organizers no later than one week before the competition if I am unable to be a staff member.

If selected, I agree to follow the directions of the Delegate and other staff, and to focus on staffing the competition. I will warm up for events as needed, but be considerate of my responsibilities.

I understand that failure to do the above may result in my registration fee not being reimbursed, and not being accepted to staff in the future.
