On a typical year we select about 15 food booths. We can expect from 3500 to 5000 Festival attendees per day. As a booth participant, you will receive the following per 10' of booth space purchased:

Listing in the Festival Program
Parking pass for one vehicle per booth
Festival weekend passes (10' of frontage = 2 passes, 20' of frontage = 4 passes, less than10' of frontage = 1 pass)

Load in Thursday, August 1st
Festival operates Saturday, August 3rd – Monday, August 5th (Optional Friday Night Concert August 2nd, 6:00PM - 9:00PM)

Hours:

Saturday, August 3 10:00AM – 11:00PM
Sunday, August 4 10:00AM – 11:00PM
Monday, August 5 10:00AM – 10:00PM

Set-Up:

Move in information is directed by the Food Booth Coordinator and will be sent with the acceptance package in early May..

All booths MUST be set up and ready for inspection by the Alberta Health Services Inspector no later than 5:00PM on Friday, August 2nd.

You are completely responsible for the construction, setup, security, clean up and dismantling of your booth.

Each foot of frontage purchased comes with a standard 10' of depth. Any additional depth needed beyond 10' will result in extra charges.

Booths and tables must be free-standing and secured within your allotted space. No tie downs or stakes are permitted outside your space, as they present a safety hazard. As this is an outdoor festival, please weatherproof and secure your booth for the elements. Please also note that AHS requires a floor, as detailed in the Alberta Health Services Requirements detailed in another section within this application.

Take Down:

We encourage all booths to stay open until the Monday evening concert ends (10:00PM). However, take down may commence after 8.00PM (not before). For safety reasons, NO VEHICLES will be permitted on the grounds until the concert is over and the last audience member has left the site. Your site MUST be clean when you depart, including all garbage, recycling, etc. Noncompliance will result in additional cleaning charges and/or forfeiture of your Good Neighbour Deposit.

No vehicles will be permitted on the site during festival hours.

Media Release

I hereby grant full permission to the Organizers to use any photographs, motion pictures, videotapes, recordings or any other record of this Event for any purpose including, without limitation, commercial use.

Power Included: Please advise of any special power requirements on this application form. All power cords and equipment must meet approved safety standards. You are responsible for providing all of your own cords and we don't allow generators.

Potable & Grey Water Requirements: We would like to get an idea of your potable water and grey water requirements to make sure we can accommodate all food booths. Please indicate this on this application form. You are responsible for providing all of your own appropriate water hoses.

Menu and Prices: MUST be attached to your application form. This is part of our evaluation process and, if accepted, cannot be deviated from unless agreed upon with the Food Booth Coordinator.
