Thank you for taking the time to sign-up for your Winter Sport.

All new and returning athletes, coaches and volunteers MUST complete this form if they want to participate in Alpine Skiing.
Completing this form will help us prepare for the season and provide contact information to the Head Coaches.
Completing this form does not guarantee participation as participation is dependent on available volunteers. The Head Coach listed for this sport will be in contact 2 weeks prior to the start of the season. Sign-up will close on October 15th, if you complete this form after sign-ups close your addition onto the roster will be determined by the coach.
