Note: Anything we get for sponsorships, donations, fees, etc...all goes back into this event. There are no "rising star" tables. Everyone eats in the same place and gets the same food. Influencers will be allowed to film whenever they want. This event is to help bring more smutty, wicked romance signings to this area. My (Jo McCall/Romantika Designs) area. This event is 100% ADA compatible

FULL TABLE ONLY- $250
- Our tables our 6ft long x 30 Inches wide
- Tablecloth provided
- Price includes 1 PA. Any additional PAs or accompaniments must pay for a secondary PA ticket at $50 PER DAY to pay for provided food! Family members not acting as PA, such as spouse, must purchase tickets to event unless they volunteering at event.
- We will be providing Author buffet style breakfast before signing and buffet style lunch day of the signings as well as snacks and beverages throughout signing.
- Villain themed meet and greet with music and food.
- If you would like to be next to a specific author, we will be sending out a table buddy form later on. We cannot guarantee this, but we will try.

In addition:
- We will have a place for you to ship your books, banners, and swags. Any author's who choose this method must sign a liability agreement. Author's are responsible for taking photos of their boxes pre-shipping condition and tracking number and loading into their own file. Once arrived, I will take photos of post shipment and catalogue into our inventory system. No boxes will be opened at any point in time. We do not do quality checks.
- Monthly newsletter keeping you up to date with details as well as newsletters to readers with author spotlights, new releases, etc!
- Comprehensible spreadsheet with information for readers so they can easily search independent information on authors such as: bio's, social media link, preorders, etc...
- An attendees group where you can post often and interact with readers on a daily basis and host takeovers.
