Thank you for choosing Learning Tree Preschool! Please read through the following registration information and complete all fields on this application. After submitting your registration application, you will be emailed a confirmation with your submitted responses. This confirmation will include a link to review and edit your responses. All applications will need to be received by the dates noted below in order to be processed on the noted registration day.
Registration applications will be processed per the schedule outlined below. If a registration application is received late or after the designated registration day, the registration will be processed on the next available registration day regardless of the applicant's registration category. Registration will close at 3:00 pm on each designated registration day and the roster will be finalized by 4:00 pm. At the start of each registration day there will be a set number of available spots for each class. If, more children register than there are available spots on your registration day all registrations for that day will go into a lottery to determine who receives the spot. Due to this, it is important that you share your second and/or third choice should you not get your first choice. Any child that does not get into their first choice will be contacted by phone after 3:00 pm on their designated registration day prior to being registered for their second or third choice. Final registration confirmation will be emailed to all families after 4:00 pm on their designated registration day.
A $125 non-refundable registration fee will be due at registration. Please ensure that you provide permission to charge a bank account or credit card on file, mail a check prior to registration, or submit a payment authorization for a new bank account or credit card.
