Membership Form 2019-2020

Please note that membership runs from 1st May 2019 to 31st March 2020. Any membership received on or after 1st January 2019 will roll through to the 2019/20 membership year.

In a number of places on this form we will ask for your consent to use the data you supply and will specify exactly what we will use the data for.  We will retain and update your data as long as you remain a club member.  Data will be shared with members of the club committee for administrative purposes.

We are again asking for all memberships to be submitted electronicaly.

We will aim to delete non-renewing member data within 2 months of the annual membership renewal.
