On Thursday, December 1st, the 5th grade will be going on a Field Trip to Hogle Zoo in Salt Lake City. We will be renting buses to provide our transportation. Buses will be leaving the school promptly at 8:45am and returning to the school by 2:30pm. We will have lunch at the zoo. Each student will need to provide their own home lunch OR order a sack lunch from school. They will need to bring a backpack to carry their lunch. Sack lunches from school must be ordered by this Friday, November 18th and cost $2.00.

If you are interested in being a chaperone (no siblings) please indicate below, and pay $5 to the office by Friday, November 18th. Please wait to be notified by your teacher that you have been selected to attend before you pay the office.
