WPCP Incident/Concern Report
Please use this form to report any incidents or concerns related to a Payton community member(s) that you consider to be offensive, inappropriate, troubling, or disconcerting.
Your name will not be shared with the community member(s) unless that is something you and Payton Admin decide together.
Your submission will be reviewed by an administrator who will determine the next best steps for gathering information and responding appropriately. We may contact you for additional information before a response takes place unless the incident requires an immediate response.
Please Note: Only administrators have the ability to view report submissions. Follow up occurs ASAP, based on the level of urgency, and always within 48 hours of submission. Administration cannot disclose confidential information or submission responses.
