2022 ConnCAT Summer Youth Program Application
We're Back!!!  ConnCAT Summer Program is ready and excited to open our doors again this summer. We made it through an amazing summer last year after being closed for a year due to COVID-19.  We welcome both new and returning youth between grades 5-11 for a series of collaborative arts classes and fun!  Please fill out the application carefully.

DETAILS
-    DUE TO COVID-19,  ONLY 50 YOUTH WILL BE SELECTED into the program. MASKS are still required.
-    Program Dates: July 5 - August 12, 2022
-    Hours: Mon - Fri 8:30:00 am- 4:00 pm
-    Lunch will be provided by the New Haven Food Service Department; however, youth may bring their own lunch.
-    ALL STUDENTS MUST BRING REFILLABLE WATER BOTTLES
-    Parents must arrange transportation for drop-off/pick-up
-    REGISTRATION FEE $50 individual/$60 siblings

APPLICATION GUIDELINES:
-    Parents/Guardians must submit one (1)  completed application. Incomplete applications will be waitlisted.
-    Be certain that your child will participate in the program.

-    Our program heavily relies on text and email to contact parents. Please provide us with ACTIVE phone numbers and accurate email addresses that you check regularly.

-    Please click on "SUBMIT" at the very end of the online form to ensure delivery.

APPLICATION go live on APRIL 4, 2022.  
APPLICATION DEADLINE:  MAY 20, 2022.
Applications received after May 20th will be accepted on a rolling admission until June 10, 2022
Parents will be notified via email of their acceptance status by June 3, 2022.
