This registration form registers your child/ren for VBS at Zion Lutheran Church in Kewanee, IL on July 21-25 (Sun-Thurs) from 6pm-8pm. All information in this form will be kept confidential.

By clicking submit on the last page, you are informing us that all the information you have provided is correct, and that you give permission for VBS leaders and Zion Lutheran to photograph/film the child/ren registered in any manner or form for any lawful purpose associated with the VBS program (i.e. pictures during the event for publicity of the event, and for the next VBS).

This VBS is free and open to all youth in grades Pre-K (3) through 6th. If you would like to volunteer, please indicate that below (or if you have other children that would like to volunteer).

Please note - there is a free meal for youth and families to be served from 5:30pm-6pm - however VBS DOES NOT START until 6pm!
