Our 3D program was designed by and specifically for Black/AA Cisgender and Black/AA Transwomen living in Alameda and Contra Costa Counties. We provide support through innovative, culturally appropriate, peer-based services in your language and from your perspective, while honestly addressing personal and social barriers to health equity and self-sufficiency. ALL services are provided in a safe secure space to protect your privacy and support your success.
