2022 COOMBS SCHOOL PARENT/GUARDIAN OPINION SURVEY
February 28, 2022

Dear Coombs School Parents/Guardians,

We invite you to participate in our fifth annual Family Opinion Survey designed to help the Mashpee Public Schools measure progress as we implement our 4-year Plan For Success.  Your responses will be kept private and will only be combined with the responses of others so that we may better understand performance, inform policy decisions, allocate resources, and develop new services and opportunities for our students.

We encourage you to have a conversation with your children about the questions in the survey.  Please complete ONE SURVEY FOR EACH OF YOUR CHILDREN who is enrolled at the Coombs School.

If, at any time, you have questions, concerns, or suggestions to share about your Coombs School student, please reach out to Superintendent DeBoer (pdeboer@mpspk12.org or 508-539-1500) or to Coombs School Principal Debra Goulart (dgoulart@mpspk12.org or 508-539-1520).

Note:  The survey will remain open for two weeks (February 28, 2022 - March 11, 2022)

Thank you in advance for your participation.

With Gratitude,

MASHPEE SCHOOL COMMITTEE
