If you would like your child to attend, please fill out the form below.  The overnight trip we will be attending is from September 5 - September 8, 2023.  Criteria for students to be eligible for this trip are the following:  

  • 0 days of discipline in 6th grade (ISS, OSS, detention, bus discipline).

  • Must have been eligible to attend the 5th grade end of year field trip.

  • 0 unexcused absences in 6th grade.

Also, please complete the preregistration for SAS at the end of this form.
