Bridging the Intercultural Gap: A Blended Course
This course will equip the participants with practical tools to reflect on their interactions, apply strategies to challenge cultural bias and discrimination, use intercultural practices to guide their work, and create a more inclusive environment where people from different cultural backgrounds feel valued and respected.

The course is taught in a blended format. Meaning it consists of self-paced modules (with due dates) and two scheduled 90-minute live sessions.
