This is a form to sign up for free hot cooked lunches, or for someone else you are referring to receive meals from Waste2Taste. This is part of the OX4 Food Crew Partnership, an alliance of nine grassroots organisations working to tackle food insecurity and poverty in the OX4 area. We are now developing the partnership to include additional projects, such as community meals and cooking courses as well as ongoing meal deliveries. Our organisations are passionate about ensuring that those most in need at this time can receive the warmth, love and comfort which comes from healthy home-cooked food.  

We would really appreciate it if you are able to collect meals from our cafe, however if this is not possible we can arrange home deliveries by our volunteers. Deliveries take place between 9am and 12.30pm on Tuesday and Thursday mornings (according to availability of our volunteer deliverers).

Once you've completed this form we'll be in touch with you or the person you referred about receiving meals. If you don't receive a response in a week, contact us at freemeals@waste2taste.co.uk

We are independent from any local authority provision. We will never pass on your details and receiving meals from us will not affect any other support you receive.

Information about provision and coverage

- We currently only have the capacity to cover people in the OX4 postcode in Oxford City. Our help is aimed towards people with disabilities, older adults, single parents and people who are unable to leave their homes. If you are a professional referring someone that you support, please be aware that this will not replace the support that you have been providing.

How we use your data

- We will share only information deemed necessary to deliver food to you with our volunteers. This will include your first name, address, portions requested, dietary requirements and any special delivery instructions. We will not share your contact information such as phone number or email address with volunteers without your permission. You can ask us to delete your data by speaking directly to one of our delivery volunteers, contacting us at 07729 203016, or emailing us at freemeals@waste2taste.co.uk.

Cancellation

- If you or someone you referred would like to cancel your meals, please contact us directly at freemeals@waste2taste.co.uk or text 07729203016. You can also speak to our volunteers, and they will be able to pass the message on.
