- resident in the Republic of Ireland
- an asylum seeker or refugee, with regard to legal status, who has been living in Ireland since 2019.
- an adult learner, born before 1996.

Personal data that you submit via this application form to the Open Education team (a unit within Dublin City University <the Data Controller>) in connection with the DCU Connected Scholarships will be used to process your application for the Scholarship and will be treated in accordance with the DCU Data Protection Policy which can be accessed at the link below:
