This form is an APPLICATION for a spot at the Osgoode Township Museum's Pop Up Markets for May - August 2024

Please note that vendor spaces are available on a first come first serve basis and are not available to all applicants. Being a small market, we choose to have a non-compete clause to ensure that not more than 2 vendors are selling similar items so please indicate what you are selling. This allows each vendor to have full sales at the market and to ensure we have a wide variety of goods for our guests. No Direct Market Sales, handmade or grown goods only.

Event Dates: Sunday May 12, June 9, July 14 and August 11, 2024
Event Location: Osgoode Museum barn entrance on the grass (Vendor space locations will be assigned the day of the market)
Event Time: 12 pm to 4 pm
Set-up Time: 10:00am – 11:45am,
Tear Down Time: 4:15 pm not before
Exhibitor Fees: $20 per day for one approximately 10” x 10” space on the grass (does not include electricity or water, there will be an option to have this for an additional fee, please inform us on your application)
Vendors must supply their own tent, tables, etc.

We will be reaching out to all successful applicants by email. If you receive an email, please pay at your earliest convenience, payment will be accepted up until 2 weeks before the market. Payment can be made through the Osgoode Museum's Website, or in person at the museum with cash, card or cheque. Any cheques returned by your bank will cause your acceptance to be null and void.
