Tell me a bit about your child (hobbies, interests, areas of academic strength or weakness to focus on, etc.) As an example, if your child loves superheroes or animals, I can include some activities with these themes! In addition, if your child requires extra support or practice in a particular area (ie. sight words or rote addition practice), I will include more of those activities with your package. *

Would you be comfortable with Winter Holiday themed items in your package (ie. Christmas, Chanukah, Kwanzaa, etc.)? *
Packages will be prepared and sent digitally as a comprehensive, organized Google Drive folder. If you would like items prepared for pick up (in the GTA), it can be made available in Hard Copy. This service would be PICK UP ONLY. A Hard Copy is available for an additional $40.  Your items would be printed and organized into notebooks and/or binders, and some items laminated! After December 15, this will no longer be an available option. How would you like to receive your package? *
Information about the Printables
The packages will included curated printable activities created by other educators and companies. For the most part, I am not designing the actual activities myself.  The credit for those creators will always be given and I will never claim those products as my own and links to their personal shops will be included in the Parent Guide. Please let me know if there are any issues with any of the activities included, and I will provide a suitable replacement as quickly as possible.

How to Purchase

If you selected to pay via credit card, once you have submitted this form, an invoice will be created and emailed to you. You can pay directly from the invoice email.

Once payment has been received, I will follow up with your order details and any clarification questions, if needed. You should receive your order in 5-7 business days.
