The program will support food & beverage businesses across the ecosystem – from production to distribution to processing to retail. Examples include (but are not limited to): growers, food hubs, distributors, processing facilities, community markets, co-ops, corner stores, farm stands, farmers markets, mobile markets, grocery stores, home food prep, restaurants, caterers, and more.
Business Stage
The program will target pre-launch start-up businesses and early-stage operating businesses.
Business Location
Applicants must be located in the City of Chicago. The program will prioritize businesses in community areas that are experiencing both food and economic insecurity in the City of Chicago. These areas can be found

As part of the Growth Program, participants gain access to:
