Winter Holiday Weekly Meal Registration
Parents and Guardians please use this form to Register for weekly meal kits for the winter break.
Meals will be available on Monday, December 21st & December 28th from Noon - 6pm at North Medford High School.  Meal kits will be available for all children 18 & younger and offered on a first come first served basis.

Every Meal Kit includes Breakfast & Lunch for one child for a full week. Including Creative Main course options, Fruits, Vegetables & Milk for every meal!
