Do you full routine for every shot. Pick a target for every shot. Evaluate your shot on a scale of 1-5. Five is exactly what you intended to do.

You can choose different intentions to evaluate. Here are some examples:
1. Rate if you execute the intended ball flight
2. Rate yourself if you stayed committed to your PLAYBOX awareness or your specific PLAYING FOCUS.
3. Bring a friend, state your intention and a friend will evaluate or rate you.
