Dear Parents/Guardians,
Superintendent Mulvey and the District Reentry Task Force invite you to participate in this survey and share your feedback on our school's 2020 reopening. We are interested in collecting feedback, from all levels, on the hybrid or full remote instructional models currently in place at your child's school.
