Registration for the 2024 Fort Atkinson Regional Science Fair
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY:
Registration for the Science Fair allows us to prepare to receive and judge your project.The 2024 Science Fair is an in-person event. 

Participants who are registered by Monday, April 1, 2024 will receive a Science Fair t-shirt in their requested size on the day of the fair. Registrations will continue to be accepted after April 1, but t-shirts may not be available. 

ALL science fair participants MUST bring a physical display to the Science Fair at the Fort Atkinson Club between 9:00 and 10:00 am on Sunday, April 14, 2024. (In case of schedule conflicts, we will work with you to receive your display earlier. Multiple projects from one school can be brought together on behalf of the students.) 

FOR GRADES 6 through 12: 
Participants in GRADES 6 through 12 must also upload a PDF of their project or share a link to a PDF of their project at FAScienceFair.org by Saturday, April 6 (eight days before the fair) to allow judges to evaluate projects for awards. Any physical displays brought to the fair in the grades 6-12 divisions without having shared a PDF in advance will be for exhibition only and not eligible for awards. AFTER YOU COMPLETE THIS ENTRY FORM, YOU WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL WITH INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO SHARE OR UPLOAD YOUR PDF.

FOR GRADES K through 5:
Elementary students may continue to register through Saturday, April 13.
Judging will take place at the fair on April 14, 2024 for grades K through 5.

You may complete this form if you are a parent or guardian of the student entrant, OR if you are a teacher acting as the adult supervisor of the project. If the adult supervisor is NOT the parent/guardian, both adults must agree to the following: *
1) Parent/guardian grants permission for their child's participation in the FASF.
2) Parent/guardian, adult supervisor, and student entrant have read and understood the FASF Rules and Regulations (link opens in a new tab).
