Family Festival and Exhibitor Fair Interest Form
The Utah Parent Center would like to invite to apply to participate in the  Family Festival, Resource Fair and Talent Show for families of children, youth and young adults with disabilities.  This event will include:  Resource Fair, Games and Activities, Food Trucks (items available for purchase), Talent Show, Entertainment and more...

Exhibitors will have a designated space to provide information and resources to families as well as an activity, game or give away for children, youth or young adults with disabilities and their siblings.  

Exhibitors will be required to provide their own table, chairs and tent/canopy (if you choose) in your designated space (10'x10'). 

Exhibitors are asked to provide an activity, game or give away for children, youth or young adults with disabilities and their siblings. There will not be extra space around your booth area, so all activities must be contained within your 10x10 space. 

Cost to participate:  $300  (50% Discount for Non-Profit Organizations)

We are expecting approximately 750 participants for this event.
