株式会社アオバ インターナショナルエデュケイショナルシステムズ（アオバジャパン・バイリンガルプリスクール運営⺟体、以下「当社」）は、業務を遂⾏する上で、お客さまの⽒名、住所、電話番号等の個⼈情報を取得させていただいております。
当社はお客さまから直接、書⾯等により個⼈情報を取得する場合、その利⽤⽬的を明⽰する者とし、それ以外の場合についても、その利⽤⽬的を通知または公表致します。
当社は、お客さまの事前の同意がある場合、または法令により許されない限り、上述の利⽤⽬的の達成に必要な範囲を越えて、お客さまの個⼈情報を利⽤致しません。

当社は個⼈情報の漏えい、滅失またはき損を防⽌するために、必要な措置を講じ、お客さまの個⼈情報を適切に管理致します。
また当社は、お客さまの個⼈情報の取り扱いに関して、従業員に対して適切な監督を⾏うとともに、お客さまの個⼈情報の取り扱いを外部に委託する際には、委託先に対しても個⼈情報を適切に管理するよう監督致します。
個⼈情報の第三者への提供
当社は、お客さまの事前同意がある場合、または法令に基づく場合、利⽤⽬的の達成に必要な範囲内で個⼈情報を委託する場合等、法令により許される場合でない限り、お客さまの個⼈情報を第三者に提供致しません。
社内体制の整備
当社は個⼈情報の取り扱いについて定められた法令、関係省庁のガイドライン、社内規定等を厳守するため、全従業員、派遣社員等を対象に社内教育を実施致します。また、当社はお客さまの個⼈情報の取り扱いに関する責任者を設置し、定期的な監査を実施致します。

Aoba-Japan Bilingual Preschool will hold its "Mommy & Me" program.
With mother or father by their side, children can participate safely and enjoy learning English together with their parents in this 10-session course.
At the Nakano Campus, an International Baccalaureate (IB) accredited school, we have introduced "inquiry-based learning," in which students are encouraged to ask and answer questions on their own. Would you like to learn how to "choose/give choice" with your child?

***Handling of Personal Information***
Acquisition and use of personal information
Aoba International Educational Systems Inc. (the operator of Aoba Japan Bilingual Preschool, hereinafter referred to as "Aoba") collects personal information such as names, addresses, and telephone numbers of customers in the course of conducting its business.
When we obtain personal information directly from customers by means of written documents, etc., we will clearly display the intended use of such information, and in other cases, we will also notify or announce the intended use of such information.
We will not use your personal information beyond the scope necessary to achieve the above-mentioned intended use, unless we have your prior consent or unless permitted by law.
