PTA Application Form for Bus Service - 2021/22

Please note applications for academic year 2022/23 will open in May/June 2022.

The SCHOOL BUS SERVICE in support of PEAK SCHOOL is organised and administered by the Peak School Parent Teachers Association LTD. This is a Non-Profit service to facilitate the transportation of students to/from the school.

The bus service is operated by Kwoon Chung Bus Holding Limited. The PTA manages the enrollment and fee collection for the service. We aim to provide a good quality service for a reasonable price.

We advise you to submit your application as early as possible to prevent disappointment. You will be invoiced once your application has been processed. Unpaid seats (after 1 week) cannot be held and will be released.

Bus withdrawals will not be accepted for the current term.

PAYMENT OPTIONS - Bus fee may be paid in full for the whole year or by term. Terms 2 & 3, fee increase add to fees below; Zone A $450, Zone B $600.
