Abstract submission & presentations

Please send the abstracts to 6thRMQG@gmail.com. See the website http://www.geo-zs.si/rmqg/# for author guidelines on how to prepare an abstract.
Authors may choose between a classical or short presentation. A classical presentation is an approximately 10-minute talk (virtual or on-site). A short presentation is a 2-minute overview talk (replaces the posters). The exact duration of classical or short presentations will be set depending on the number of received contributions. The instructions for authors will be available on the website.

Special Issue of Quaternary

Selected papers from the 6thRMQG will be published in a Special Issue of the open access journal Quaternary (ISSN 2571-550X, https://www.mdpi.com/journal/quaternary). The journal is indexed in the Emerging Sources Citation Index (ESCI - Web of Science). Note that there is an article processing charge (see the journal’s website for more info). Please let us know if you are interested to contribute a paper to the Special Issue (https://www.mdpi.com/journal/quaternary/special_issues/6th_RMQG).

Payment details

After registration, the participant will receive the proforma invoice to his/her email address. Payment can be made only by bank transfer after receiving the proforma invoice. Early registration payment deadline is June 25th, 2021. Cancellations before August 30th, 2021 will be refunded 50%, later cancellations are not eligible for a refund.

Participant’s registration fee *

Registration fee for virtual and in-person participation is uniform (includes coffee breaks for in-person participation or cost related to technical solutions for virtual participation, and VAT for September 27th through 29th).The potential last-minute field trip on September 30th will have its own associated fee and will be announced later. Reduced fee applies for undergraduate and graduate students and unemployed former students within 2 years of last received degree.
